I've always been a happy person, but in December 2009 I was very overweight. Measuring 1.60 m, weighing 85 kg dummy was my 46 or 48. It was all G or GG. I always had the notion of good food, but not dispense ice cream, pizza and "fast food". But that changed when the heavy feel, with knee pain, I decided to look for a spa.By doing the medical tests I saw that blood glucose was very high and might have to take medication for diabetes. It was then I thought: Hey! It's time to change this behavior, feeding me the right way. In SPA learned to eat.
Leaving the spa I went to spend two weeks at the home of friends who eat everything. It was no problem for me because I bought it for 2 weeks the pots with dessert and fed really well without going through any kind of will.
In a month and a week lost weight 13 Kg I bought the revenues of which nutritionist Mara and I really enjoyed the food at home and keep losing weight. My mannequin has been to 44. Use size M. My husband loved it and the marriage has improved.

I appreciate the care and attention in the days I spent at the spa and also the moral support in these difficult days return life out here.
I loved every moment I spent in the company of everyone who made my "suffering" (under eating) when a less painful and in some cases ... even happy, kkkkk.
